Agreement
By accessing or using aTx Trusted Advisory (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service
aTx Trusted Advisory is a software platform that provides tools to help high-net-worth families and their advisors consolidate, track, analyze, and report on portfolios. This includes dashboards, reporting, collaboration features, and AI-assisted chat.
Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
The Service and any content it generates (including AI chat responses) are for informational and operational purposes only.
aTx Trusted Advisory is not a financial advisor, wealth manager, tax advisor, or law firm.
We do not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or any other professional advice. Nothing on the platform creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship.
You are solely responsible for all your investment, tax, legal, and financial decisions. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making any decisions based on information from the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:
- Violating any laws or third-party rights
- Attempting to hack, probe, or overload the Service
- Reverse engineering or copying the Service (except as permitted by law)
- Transmitting malware, spam, or unlawful content
Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party data sources, APIs, and AI models. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.
Intellectual Property & License
We (and our licensors) own all rights to the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your own internal portfolio management and reporting purposes.
You retain ownership of the data you upload, but you give us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aTx Trusted Advisory and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one thousand U.S. dollars (US $1,000).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for security/legal reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
